Dr. Masbad is a Post-Doctoral Resident under the supervision of Dr. Jordan. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Walden University and is Licensed Specialist in School Psychology as well as a Diplomat of The American Psychotherapy Association and The American Board of Forensic Counselors. Her areas of specialization include trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, depression, grief, child and adolescent development, and psychological assessment. Dr. Masbad provides psychotherapy to individuals (children, adolescents, and adults), couples, and families. She offers determination of eligibility for special education (e.g., learning disabilities and ADD/ADHD) and Section 504 services; mental retardation and guardianship as well as other evaluations for various concerns. Dr. Hudgins earned her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. She is currently working under the supervision of Dr. Krista Jordan to complete her Post-Doctoral Residency. Much of Dr. Hudgins' specialized training and research has been in the treatment of anxiety; however, she also works with a variety of other issues including relational issues, health issues, depression, and chronic pain. She works collaboratively with her clients to help them identify, appreciate and cultivate their strengths so that they can utilize them in resolving difficulties. Dr. Hudgins use a narrative therapy approach to treatment, and the length of treatment depends on the nature of the problem and the needs of the client. Termination of treatment is determined by a mutual agreement between Dr. Hudgins and the client. She works with individual, couples, and families. Dr. Hudgins can be reached directly at 689-5042.
